How to Order and Shopping Policies
There are currently four ways to order from us:
- use our secure shopping cart, www.bethelbotanicals.com;
- print our order form, complete it and mail it with your payment to Bethel Botanicals, 659 Chestnut Street, Waban, MA 02468;
- print and complete our order form, including your credit card information and signature, and fax it to us at (617) XXX-XXXX; not yet available
- call us at (617) 964-1806 and place your order over the phone. Leave us a message if we are not at the phone and we will return your call.
Payment
Policy
It is our request that all orders be accompanied by payment. We accept payment by personal check, money order, Bethel Botanicals website shopping cart, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. On all credit card orders, your account will be charged on the date on which your order is prepared for shipment, products will only be shipped to your credit card billing address and payment must be made in US Dollars.
If you requested a specific shipping method that is costlier than our normal shipping for your package, you will be charged the additional cost incurred.

Back Orders
We make every effort to maintain an inventory of the products we offer. Should we be unable to fill all or part of your order in a timely manner, we will contact you and handle the order as you specify. With the teas, you can indicate that we can substitute a similar tea. You are never charged for items that have not been sent.
Return Policy
We are confident of the quality of the products we made and distribute. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product, return the item within 30 days of our shipping date with its invoice, and we will gladly refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. We ask that you first call us at (617) 964-1806 or email us at sales@bethelbothanicals.com and we will issue a return authorization.

Our preferred shipping methods are UPS Ground and the United States Postal Service, depending on the weight and the need to track the products. Shipping charges for orders shipped within the continental United States are calculated on the basis of the total amount of the purchase.
